Primary Energy Ventures LLC provides management services to Primary Energy Recycling Corporation. Primary Energy Ventures is owned by EPCOR Power L.P. a publicly traded limited partnership (TSX:EP.UN) organized under the laws of the province of Ontario that owns and operates electical generation facilities in Canada and the US. Primary Energy Ventures is located at 2000 York Road, Suite 129, Oak Brook, Illinois 60523. The Manager provides management and administrative services to Primary Energy Recycling Corp and its subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of the Management Agreement. The Manager manages the businesses with the objective of providing holders of EISs with stable and sustainable cash distributions in the form of interest payments on the Subordinated Notes and dividends on the Common Shares. The Manager also seeks to identify additional acquisitions and investments for Primary Energy Recycling Corporation, including acquisitions of, or investments in, recycled energy and other energy generation assets in the U.S. and Canada.
